Molly is a member of the 2015-16 Chesapeake Shakespeare Company's Resident Acting Company. This season Molly will be appearing in Much Ado About Nothing, A Christmas Carol, Macbeth, and The Three Musketeers. For more information:

In February 2015, Molly appeared on the Netflix TV series, House of Cards, as "Woman at the Bar" Season 3, Episode 9 directed by Robin Wright.

Recent voiceover projects include U.S. Department of Education, American Funds, Maxymiser and Towson University. Molly's voice can also be heard this year on PBS stations across the country as the narrator of the award-winning, documentary film, Breaking Through The Clouds.

Molly continues working as an independent teaching artist with Young Audiences of Maryland. Her copyrighted show, "Miss Molly's MidSummer Night's Dream for Kids," is an assembly program for elementary school children in Maryland. Molly was named Best Actress in a Play (Resident Non-Equity) by for her 2011 performance as Hippolyta and Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream with Chesapeake Shakespeare Company (CSC).
